On every commit Github Actions builds a new snapshot version of OTP and deploys it to Github Packages. However, you can only download it from there if you're logged in.
Even if you're logged in, it's quite hard to figure out what the very newest snapshot is since UI is confusing and the there are no links pointing at the very latest version.
Both problems are solved by this mirror.

This mirror is provided by myself, Leonard Ehrenfried, an independent software consultant specialising in OpenTripPlanner development and deployments.
